Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres
The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres is a provincial Aboriginal organization representing the collective interests of member Friendship Centres located in towns and cities across the province. Friendship Centres serve the needs of all Aboriginal people regardless of legal status, and are the primary service delivery agents for Aboriginal people requiring culturally-sensitive and culturally-appropriate services in urban communities.

This organization investigates complaints about Ontario police officers and police departments.
Ontario Native Literacy Coalition
The Ontario Native Literacy Coalition (ONLC) provides information, support and training to Native Literacy Service Providers in the Province of Ontario. ONLC enhances literacy and awareness of literacy issues.
The main objective of the Chiefs of Ontario is to facilitate the discussion, planning, implementation and evaluation of all local, regional and national matters affecting the First Nations people of Ontario.
Union of Ontario Indians (Anishinabek Nation)
The Union of Indians is a political advocate for 39 member First Nations across Ontario. The Union delivers a variety of programs and services, such as Health, Social Services, Education, Intergovernmental Affairs and Treaty Research.
The Métis Nation of Ontario advocates for and provides services to its Métis members in order to preserve and promote Métis culture, identity and wellbeing.
Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians
The Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians (AIAI) advocates for the political interests of Oneida, Mohawk, Delaware, Potawatomi and Ojibway member Nations in Ontario.
